Reformer Pilates
Offering Pilates classes for all, from absolute beginner through to advanced level, pre and post-natal, or other special requirements, in my welcoming home studio in Northwood (Greater London) or via Zoom.
I am an experienced, qualified, and insured Pilates instructor, training in 2011. I love helping people achieve their goals whether it’s to learn the basics of Pilates and build core strength, prevent chronic pain, support sports performance, or generally build muscle, improve posture and feel stronger.
I love creating varied and enjoyable classes on the reformer, sometimes focusing on basics and other times adding in small props such as the small ball, magic circle, small dumbells, and the jump board.
One-to-one Mat Pilates classes are also available if preferred.
Plentiful free parking is available.
