To ensure you get the most out of our time together, I will send you a health and lifestyle questionnaire, along with a food diary form to complete, prior to your appointment. This will allow me to assess your current dietary habits and tailor our consultation to your specific needs. .

During our 50-minute online session, we'll dive deep into your goals, concerns, and any symptoms you may be experiencing. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your health and current eating habits in detail, and I'll provide you with clear, actionable nutritional advice. The root cause of any health issues will be explored and I will outline the next steps to help you achieve your goals.

An initial consultation is ยฃ100.

Consultations can be in-person in my office in Northwood (Middlesex), or online using Zoom.

Follow-up appointments aren't compulsory, but highly recommended at 4-6 weeks following your initial consultation. This helps with accountability, to share successes as well as any challenges, and make any plan amendments required.
Follow-up consultations are priced at ยฃ50 and include a 25-minute zoom call, food diary analysis and an updated plan if any changes have been made.
