Recipe: Chocolate protein yoghurt bowl

When you need an extra protein hit give this chocolate protein bowl a try. It makes a delicious breakfast or post-workout snack. The toppings given below are just ideas so feel free to mix up which fruit you choose or add nuts, seeds or a low-sugar granola to make it more substantial.

Ingredients

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

4 tbsp organic natural yoghurt (or dairy free alternative)

Berries

Banana

Runny peanut butter (optional)

Cacao nibs (optional)

Method

Simply mix the protein powder into the yoghurt until blended, then top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
